JLEAP aspires to create a space where Jewish families connect with the joy of the Jewish holidays. Are you looking for a fresh approach to adding excitement and meaning to the Jewish holidays throughout the year? Are you looking for a fun way to connect with other Jewish families and make new friends? Do you have children who love to build, create, design, explore and play? Introducing J-LEAP--Jewish Learning, Enrichment and Play--the very first free, fun family program for exploring and engaging in our rich traditions and celebrations through the lens of S.T.R.E.A.M. Education (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art and Math). Take the LEAP and jump right into the new Jewish year with joy! |

S.T.R.E.A.M. Education (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art and Math) engages childrens' minds in ways that trigger positive associations, strong memories, and tactile stimuli, bolstering a wholesome experience. JLEAP leverages the power of S.T.R.E.A.M. to connect us with our Jewish heritage. |

Michal Lipp is a stay at home teacher and play at home mom of 3 with a passion for making learning hands-on, fun, and occasionally messy for learners of all ages and stages. After over a decade of classroom teaching, she took her passion for nature and play and founded a local outdoor education program for local children and families of all ages, which she currently runs in her backyard classroom. JLEAP was born out of the belief that we can learn and connect most meaningfully to our rich Jewish heritage through hands-on, fun, and occasionally messy play experiences. She is greatly honored to have the opportunity to bring our vibrant Richmond Jewish community together as we share in holiday celebrations and traditions. |
